This kit provides a one-step reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) reagent. Before the reaction, you only need to add primers and templates. The optimized reaction system allows RT and PCR to be carried out in the same reaction, reducing the risk of contamination during processes like opening and pipetting. The product combines M-MLV (H-) reverse transcriptase and antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, enhancing amplification sensitivity and specificity. Additionally, the reaction mixture contains the necessary dyes for electrophoresis, so you can perform gel electrophoresis directly after the reaction. The PCR products obtained with this kit have an "A" base at the 3' end, enabling direct cloning into a T-vector.

This kit is designed for one-step reverse transcription (RT) PCR amplification in a single tube. The formulation allows us just adding primers, probes and templates. Therefore, the risk of contamination during operations is minimized. The optimized reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and hot-start Taq DNA polymerase together with a one-step reaction buffer result in high amplification efficiency, high detection sensitivity and less non-specific amplification.

This kit includes all reagents necessary for RT from RNA to cDNA and second strand cDNA synthesized. Furthermore, electrophoresis loading dyes and a high-density reagent are included in the reaction mixture to allow visual confirmation of gel loading and facilitate gel loading at electrophoresis after PCR. Consequently, the PCR products with a single A nucleotide in 3’ end can be used for TA cloning.

1. The experiment involved comparing the amplification bands obtained from QH9 samples using BIOER, T brand, and V brand reagents. The results demonstrated that all the samples were effectively amplified. Moreover, using the BioRT Master One Step RT-PCR Kit III (with dye) produced a single and brighter amplification band compared to similar products from V and T companies.


2. The experiment, which included RT-PCR product gel electrophoresis, assessed the performance and stability of the BioRT Master One Step RT-PCR Kit III (with dye). The results demonstrated that BSB72 can effectively amplify total RNA as low as 0.1 pg, resulting in a single amplification band with a product length of 1090 bp.
