RT-PCR is widely used because of it is a technology with the advantages of specificity and sensitivity. The real-time fluorescent RT-PCR method is recommended for laboratory pathogen nucleic acid detection. The detection of porcine PRRSV is not only used for PRRSV diagnosis, epidemiological investigation, and pathogenesis research, but also can diagnose multiple strains and distinguish different strains. Based on its own mature molecular diagnostic platform and technical reserves, Bioer Technology has developed Porcine PRRS  virus nucleic acid detection reagent related products for different customer needs.


Sample type: Pig lung, lymph, tonsil, brain tissue, whole blood and serum can be selected. After nucleic acid extraction using Bioer MagaBio plus virus DNA /RNA purification Kit III or equivalent extraction kit, Bioer porcine PRRSV detection kit all can be used for detection.

Strong applicability: Bioer Porcine PRRSV detection kit can meet different customers' requirements for porcine PRRSV detection or research.

Simple operation: The kit adopts premix form, less components, easy to operate; It only takes 1 hour to complete the PCR reaction process.

The kit is suitable for qualitative detection of porcine lung, lymphatic, tonsil, brain tissue and serum of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) American and European genotype strains. The kit for research only, cannot be used as the basis for the diagnosis or exclusion of cases alone.



The American strain and European strain samples of porcine PRRSV were tested by the kit for 20 times. Statistically, it was found that the coefficient of variation (CV) of Ct values of each virus strain was less than 1%, indicating that the kit had good precision and stable and reliable detection results for the same sample.
